{"id":423,"date":"2021-02-13T13:08:02","date_gmt":"2021-02-13T13:08:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whisperingexpressions.org\/?p=423"},"modified":"2021-02-13T13:08:04","modified_gmt":"2021-02-13T13:08:04","slug":"take-the-limits-off-god","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whisperingexpressions.org\/index.php\/2021\/02\/13\/take-the-limits-off-god\/","title":{"rendered":"Take the limits off God"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Robert Tilton once said, You don\u2019t have to take what life dishes out to you.\u00a0 Right now, all around you is all that you could ever need or desire, but you can\u2019t see it with your eyes closed.\u00a0 You have to open your spiritual eyes and take the limits off God.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote alignwide\"><blockquote><p><strong><em>Too many people, Christians included, limit God; and they live with limitations, lack, sickness, and misery instead of with blessings and abundance. They follow the crowd.\u00a0 They are sick because other people are sick; they are poor because other people are poor.\u00a0 You don\u2019t have to live that way.<\/em><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jesus said you cannot avoid problems in life.&nbsp; However, if you acknowledge Him, you will always have solutions; for in Jesus there is no darkness, no lack, no sickness, no fear, no guilt, no condemnation, no failure. <em>\u201cIn the world ye shall have tribulation, but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world\u201d (John 16:33).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He also promised that if you would put Him absolutely first in your life, He would add unto you all the things you need for life and happiness (Matthew 6:33).\u00a0 All you have to do is put Him first and take the limits off Him (Psalm 78:41).\u00a0 When you have the revelation that Jesus is your righteousness and that He has lifted the curses off you and redeemed you so that you can have the blessings of Abraham, you will have faith to receive anything from God<strong><em>.\u00a0 The more you use your faith, the fewer limits you will place on God.<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote alignwide\"><blockquote><p>All limitation begins with our analytical mind.\u00a0 The more we scrutinize and try to figure God out, the more we establish the limitation in our minds.\u00a0 That is where faith and trust come in.\u00a0 The natural reasoning mind was not created to understand spiritual things.\u00a0 Spiritual understanding comes by revelation of the Holy Spirit (Eph. 1:16-17).\u00a0 The Spirit revealed to Peter who Jesus was.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our problem is that we thwart God\u2019s plans by our unbelief.\u00a0 All unbelief comes from analyzing which leads to paralysis.\u00a0 The more we analyze, the smaller God becomes in our mind.\u00a0 It is like standing at the airport refusing to get on a plane until you understand how one-hundred ton jet is going to get off the ground.\u00a0 The longer you think, the more impossible it seems to be.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Robert Tilton once said, You don\u2019t have to take what life
